The Air Defence Regiment is now looking for a Registrar for the Garrison Unit and Garrison Department. We are looking for an employee with good initiative who wants to develop in a growing organization.

Main Responsibilities

In your role as a Registrar, you will work with the registration, distribution, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing documents, as well as staffing our customer desk where you provide support and service to the Swedish Armed Forces' case handlers regarding document management. This involves extensive collaboration internally within the Swedish Armed Forces as well as external contact with the public. In addition, you will work with other tasks occurring on the department. You will also participate in projects and development work within the information management area, as well as in training activities within the Swedish Armed Forces.

Qualifications

• Completed and approved upper secondary education
• Worked as a registrar or possesses other experience that the employer considers equivalent
• Experience working with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL)
• Experience in administration and case processing
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission

Merits

• Diploma in Registrar training or equivalent
• Knowledge of rules, routines, and methods within the document management area
• Experience in staff, dispatch, and/or archive services within government agencies
• Experience working with classified documents in public administration
• Experience handling signals security material and signals security keys
• Experience in similar tasks, especially within the Swedish Armed Forces

Other Information

The position is a full-time and permanent appointment as a civilian post. The employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months.

Salary and benefits according to collective agreement. The lowest placement for this position is 34,550 SEK.

Start date by agreement.

The workplace is in Halmstad, and travel occurs in the position, primarily within Sweden.

The Air Defence operates on land and is part of the Army, but often collaborates with the Air Force. The Air Defence monitors airspace with mobile sensors (such as radar), detects threats, and protects important objects and operations from air attacks by engaging with missiles.
