KilaPeople AB is a staffing and recruitment company that works closely with our clients to deliver competent employees and create long-term partnerships. Today, we are established in Varberg, Stockholm, and Morgongåva, where we together help companies and consultants succeed.

We are now looking for an engaged Consulting Manager who wants to help develop our operations in Varberg.

As a Consulting Manager, you play a central role in the business, responsible for both our consultants and our customer relationships. You work operationally with staffing, personnel management, and recruitment while ensuring that our clients receive the right competence at the right time.

The work involves a high pace and great variety, with daily contact with both consultants and clients.

• Responsible for staffing planning and daily operations.
• Have personnel responsibility for our consultants.
• Recruit, interview, and match candidates to meet client needs.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure high quality and good service towards clients and consultants.
• Work towards set goals and contribute to the development of the business.
• Handle administrative tasks in our business and staffing systems.

• At least 1–2 years of full-time experience as a Consulting Manager or in a similar role within the staffing industry.
• Experience in staffing planning, consultant responsibility, and personnel management.
• Good system proficiency, preferably from Intelliplan, Quinyx, or similar systems.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Personnel Science, Organization, or other relevant education.
• Experience working in a customer-focused and service-oriented environment.
• Experience in sales, new customer acquisition, or upselling.
• Experience in building, developing, and managing long-term customer relationships.
• Experience in recruitment and competency-based interviews.
• Experience working towards set KPIs and business goals.
