The 17 employees in the Communications Department work to communicate and market the University's exciting education, successful students, and innovative research in constant collaboration with society.

We are now building a new intranet, and we therefore need a temporary communicator who can replace our web strategist and internal communications specialist in parts of their regular duties during the project period.

You will become part of a department where skilled colleagues with different functions and competencies work together in a creative and learning environment. You will join the web editorial team and work together with colleagues to produce and publish content on the University's websites, primarily hh.se and the intranet. This may involve all types of ongoing web publishing and updates based on various operational needs, adapted to the needs of different users and target groups. The work is primarily carried out in the University's publishing tool, Sitevision. You may also work in other digital channels, such as screen publishing, newsletters, blogs, or social media. You may also provide support to other web editors in the organization. All work is performed with a high awareness of user-friendliness, keyword usage, and accessibility, ensuring that all publishing complies with current legislation and recommendations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in communication, language, or another field that the employer deems equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in communications work, including at least one year focused on web work.
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Personal qualities and skills such as proactivity, structure, understanding of target groups, and teamwork skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience working in a public authority.
• Knowledge of and experience with plain language work.
• Experience working with SiteVision.
• Experience working independently as a web editor.
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.

Other Information

A temporary position of approximately 16 months, starting in September 2026, or as agreed.
