Purchasing in Kungsbacka is looking for a driven E-commerce Administrator! Kungsbacka Municipality has worked with e-commerce since 2005, and we have a high volume of electronic orders, a high match rate, and a large proportion of electronic invoices. We are now looking for a driven E-commerce Administrator who wants to join our journey of change!

The role of E-commerce Administrator with us

As an E-commerce Administrator, you will support Kungsbacka Municipality in maintaining a well-functioning e-commerce flow from order to payment. You will be a central part of our EKS team. Examples of tasks included in the role:

• Handle and follow up on invoice discrepancies for the suppliers you are responsible for
• Manage financial tasks such as daily reconciliations, claims, and debt collection
• Compile, forecast, and invoice penalties and volume-based compensation
• Monitor accounts, unhandled credit invoices, and refunds
• Control and set up new suppliers
• Report on foreign VAT and tax liability
• Mail handling and support function for municipal employees

The role involves being part of a category team with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues.

Your profile

You have a good ability to combine precision with a strong drive to develop processes within your area. You quickly adapt to new tasks and work analytically, engaged, and solution-oriented. With your ability to collaborate while working independently, structured, and efficiently, you contribute to a well-functioning workflow.

You are accommodating in your interactions and sensitive to your surroundings, which creates good relationships. You take responsibility for your work, drive it forward, and communicate clearly. You thrive with many contact surfaces and actively contribute to dialogues and joint forums by sharing thoughts, ideas, and perspectives. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who have:

• An economic degree at the upper secondary level or alternatively work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent
• Work experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, and postings
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office suite

It is meritorious if you have:

• Work experience in economic work within public operations
• Work experience in the release of public documents
• Work experience with AI and Power Platform

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement.
