Your responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with volume recruitment for several of the municipality's operations. You will become an important part of ensuring that the right competence is in place at the right time. You will drive recruitment processes from start to finish and serve as a central contact point for both candidates and operations.

You will, among other things:

• Drive volume recruitment from need to employment
• Work together with colleagues on requirement profiles and selection
• Conduct competency-based interviews
• Be responsible for dialogue with candidates and provide clear feedback
• Ensure that the recruitment process maintains high quality and is legally secure
• Monitor volumes, lead times, and results
• Participate in the development of common working methods

The work involves many contact points and a high pace where you get the opportunity to make a difference – both for the operation and for every candidate you meet.

Your qualifications

Requirements

• Education in personnel or work science, or other equivalent education
• Experience working with people, for example within healthcare, elderly care, schools, service, or staffing
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience with volume recruitment or staffing
• Experience with competency-based recruitment and the use of tests
• Experience with recruitment systems, preferably Varbi

• Collaborative – you work closely with colleagues and operations, share information, and contribute to a common working method.
