We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged employee for our assignment in Varberg. As an Office Support staff member, you will become an important part of the customer's daily operations. You are responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and well-functioning workplace for both employees and visitors.

The position is varied and combines work in reception, office services, and conference/catering services. You will become a natural point of contact in the office and contribute to creating a positive experience through high service standards, structure, and a solution-oriented approach.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and registering visitors, acting as the company's face.
• Handling inquiries and orders via phone, in person, and email.
• Planning, preparing, and serving catering for meetings and conferences.
• Responsible for booking and preparing conference rooms.
• Handling orders for coffee, fruit, and other consumables.
• Reviewing and administering invoices.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience working in service, such as reception and/or office services.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Employment type and working hours:

Permanent position at 50% during weekdays, daytime hours, Monday–Friday.
