Your responsibilities
We are now looking for a Unit Coordinator for the Home Care Administration. Your main tasks as an administrative executive support are to support the unit manager in achieving the organization's goals, maintaining a good work environment, and enabling a present leadership style. You report to the unit manager and are part of a network with other unit coordinators within the home care service.
The work includes, among other things:
- Supporting the unit manager in preparing materials for various processes by following up, analyzing, and proposing measures.
- Supporting the unit manager in developing action plans to address identified deficiencies in the operations and conducting investigations within the operational area.
- Practical coordination, preparation, and planning of meetings, training, and other operationally related tasks such as secretarial duties during meetings.
- Coordinating, processing, and handling incoming customer cases and feedback.
- Scheduling for staff and coordinating personnel resources.
- Responsible for permissions, inventory, and orders, as well as other common administrative tasks.
As a Unit Coordinator, you are covered by a flexible working hours agreement.
Your qualifications
We are looking for you who are meticulous and structured!
An administrative education at least at the upper secondary level, or education and experience that the employer deems equivalent, is required. A university degree is meritorious. You have at least one year of experience in administrative work.
It is meritorious if you have worked with scheduling/staffing and holiday planning or have worked as a manager. It is desirable that you also have experience in certifying financial transactions. The position requires good computer skills, good knowledge of the Office package, basic knowledge of working in systems, and the ability to learn new IT systems.
The work as a Unit Coordinator requires strong social skills as you meet many people in your daily work. You have a service-oriented attitude, are accommodating and receptive to those you collaborate with, and have the ability to create trust, security, and engagement among customers, staff, and partners. The position involves independent work as well as teamwork and requires you to be able to work physically on-site.
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and confident in making decisions. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively, set and keep timeframes, remind, and follow up. The nature and structure of the work can change quickly during a day, which requires you to adapt to new circumstances that arise. You have analytical skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
We assume that you have a good attitude towards everyone and that you work according to the Home Care Administration's values with the keywords - Trust, Respect, and Humility.
A Category B driver's license is required.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
