About the position

As a coordinator, you play a central role in the work with AT and BT (residency training) and work closely with the department manager for the area. You are responsible for coordinating, administering, and organizing the physicians' duties, following the process all the way – from recruitment to the end of the assignment.

About the workplace

The fixed-term position as a coordinator is based at the Development Department, which together with HR, Finance and IT, the Secretariat, Läkemedel Halland, Medical Technology Halland, and Local Development and Safety, constitutes the leadership and operational support area. The common task of this area is to support Hallands Hospital in carrying out its core assignments: providing specialized somatic emergency care, performing planned care, and supporting the development and innovation of care. The Development Department supports the realization of goals at Hallands Hospital and the development of the hospital's main and support processes. The Development Department aims to be an accessible and close partner in continuous improvement, development, and innovation with a focus on sustainable development and education.

The workplace is located at Hallands Hospital in Halmstad.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant bachelor's degree in HR, administration, or healthcare. You are good at expressing yourself both verbally and in writing and have very good IT skills. Since travel occurs in the position, a B driver's license is desirable. According to the current environmental policy, public transport should be used if possible.

As a person, it is important that you are service-oriented, meticulous, structured, and a skilled administrator. Furthermore, we see that you are flexible, good at collaborating, and building networks. The role also requires that you have the ability to be proactive and contribute to the development of the operations. In addition, you should be able to quickly adapt to new ways of working and have the ability to inspire others to do the same. You also have a desire to give young doctors and students good support at the start of their careers. Personal suitability is given great weight.

We warmly welcome your application!
