At the moment, we at Effektiv in Falkenberg are looking for individuals skilled in payroll administration and management for a summer position with our client in Falkenberg.

This means you will be employed by Effektiv and work as a consultant for our client during the summer of 2026, with the possibility of extension.

In your role as a Payroll Administrator with our client in Falkenberg, you will become part of a knowledgeable and wonderful team, where you will jointly handle tasks related to a payroll department, such as:

• Administrative support within HR and employment-related processes
• Registration in payroll systems
• Handling of certificates and statements
• Reporting and reconciliation with the Swedish Tax Agency, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, etc.
• Ongoing administrative tasks and document management

You will work full-time, weekdays, during standard office hours with the possibility of flexible hours. The position is intended to start immediately and last until the end of August or as agreed.

We are looking for you who have a high school education and preferably post-secondary studies in HR, administration, or economics. Alternatively, you have acquired corresponding knowledge through work experience.

We also look positively upon you who are at the beginning of your professional career and wish to develop within the field.

You have good system familiarity and feel confident working in various digital tools. Experience with payroll systems is an advantage. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
