The Role as Developer

As a developer for the Cleaning Services and Service Management operations, you will have a central role in developing, monitoring, and improving the business. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Management Team, contributing analyses and decision support that strengthen the quality, efficiency, and results of the operations. You lead and coordinate development and change work that makes a difference for our operations. The role is about seeing the big picture, preserving what works well today, while simultaneously identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that decisions are implemented in practice and create real value.

The assignment includes developing working methods, monitoring results and key figures, and driving initiatives that strengthen the organization's ability to meet future needs. You also have overall responsibility for issues related to operational systems, contracts, suppliers, and procurement. Through environmental scanning, you follow developments within your area and contribute to new methods, working practices, and technical solutions being utilized in a way that strengthens the operations.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and has the ability to turn strategic goals into concrete results. You thrive in a role where you can combine development work with monitoring and change management, and you have a knack for creating structure even in complex contexts. You are used to working independently but also see the value of collaboration and participation. Through your communication style, you build trust and get people to engage in development and change.

As a person, you are initiative-taking, structured, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to see connections and turn insights into improvements that have an effect on the operations. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who have:

• an academic degree at least at bachelor's level in a field deemed relevant by the employer
• several years of work experience in strategic, management-level development work
• work experience in driving change management
• work experience in leading the development of new methods and processes
• work experience in producing decision support, analyses, and reports
• valid driver's license (Category B)

The following is meritorious:

• experience of working in cleaning services or similar operational areas
• work experience in project management
• work experience in contracts and procurement
