About the job and us

The work at the Heart Clinic and Clinical Physiology consists of planned and emergency operations in close collaboration with other professional categories. We are a small and pleasant clinic where six BMA (nurse assistants), two nursing assistants, and doctors work together. The examinations we perform include EEG, echocardiography, stress echocardiography, exercise ECG, myocardial scintigraphy, carotid duplex, Holter monitoring, tumor ECG, spirometry, toe pressure, and fistula duplex.

Exciting and varied tasks await you here, making every day interesting and challenging. Whether you are new to the profession or have extensive experience as a medical secretary, you will receive a secure and individual introduction adapted to your experience and knowledge.

Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. There are good opportunities to grow and develop in the role of medical secretary.

About you

We are looking for you who are trained as a medical secretary. You are responsible and appreciate varied tasks. We also see that you are positively disposed towards change and development work.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language as well as medical terminology. You have good ability to express yourself both in writing and verbally. You are computer literate and have a talent for handling many tasks simultaneously. You also have the ability to plan and prioritize in daily work.

We assume that you are flexible, can work both independently and in a team, and have good cooperation skills. You are a stable person who is distinctly service-oriented. Sensitivity and thoroughness are qualities we value highly, as is your contribution to a good atmosphere in the team. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
