What Does the Role Offer?

As a Business & Marketing Coordinator, you will have a central role in the company's Business Development function. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and be responsible for driving projects, activities, and initiatives forward with the right structure, quality, and pace.

You will become the link between business development, marketing, product development, and external partners, contributing to turning ideas into concrete activities and results.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Coordinate and support business development projects and partnerships
• Plan, execute, and follow up on marketing activities and launches
• Coordinate activities between internal functions and external partners
• Ensure structure, documentation, and follow-up in projects
• Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials
• Support management and the Business Development Manager with operational issues
• Contribute to customer meetings, trade fairs, and international collaborations

The role offers a varied daily routine with great insight into the business and many contact points, both nationally and internationally.

Who Are You?

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in business, economics, marketing, technology, or similar
• Experience in a coordinating, administrative, or project-oriented role
• Good ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on activities
• Experience working with presentations, reports, and decision-making materials
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Good system proficiency and a structured way of working

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• International operations or partnerships
• Project management or project coordination
• Marketing activities, launches, or events
• Product development or manufacturing operations

As a person, you are driven, curious, and solution-oriented. You like to take responsibility, see what needs to be done, and turn plans into action.
