Do you want to help develop and strengthen support for families with children in Halland? We are now looking for a Process Developer who wants to take a holistic approach to the development of family centers in the region. About the role

The assignment involves taking a comprehensive approach to family centers in Halland. Initially, this involves conducting needs and situation analyses based on materials developed by the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) and for which funding has been granted.

This is a fixed-term project position starting in autumn 2026 and running until December 31, 2031.

As a Process Developer, you are responsible for conducting analyses, compiling and presenting proposals, monitoring the external environment, and economically following up on the various parts of the process. The Process Developer is also responsible for providing the National Board of Health and Welfare with the documentation required for revised funding for the assignment.

The role will be placed under Halland Primary Health Care, Development and Support. You will work closely with the Primary Health Care Child Health Care (BHV) team, which serves the entire Child Health Care (BVC) operations of Vårdvalet. As a Process Developer, you are expected to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Process Leader position is located at Development and Support, Halland Primary Health Care, which is part of the administration's support staff. The department works with overarching quality and development issues for the entire healthcare choice. The assignments include both project and process work as well as long-term business development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience working in primary care. It is meritorious if you have previous experience leading Child Health Care (BVC) operations in Halland and if you have worked with project management.

To succeed in the role, you need to be goal-oriented and structured, with a good ability to plan, organize, and drive your work both at a high level and in detail. You also have a well-developed communicative ability and can express yourself very well in both speech and writing in Swedish.

We value that you are cooperative and have an easy time building good relationships with different actors. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

A driver's license with category B is a requirement, as travel occurs throughout the region.
