At StudentConsulting, we are currently looking for an Administrator for Vattenfall, based at Ringhals. As an administrator, you play a central role in the operations, responsible for creating structure and support in daily work. You handle meeting administration, from invitations and minute-taking to follow-up on action lists. The role also includes document management, where you work with documentation, layout checks, reviews, and distribution. Additionally, you provide administrative support to management teams and leadership groups, contributing to efficient processes and information flows.

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for Vattenfall based at Ringhals. The position is full-time and is planned to start immediately or as agreed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in administrative tasks.
• Has good knowledge of administrative support systems and is accustomed to working in Microsoft Office.
• Has experience with SAP, Avärs, Darwin, or similar systems for business and document management.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
