ABOUT THE POSITION

The role involves managing the ongoing work with participants seeking employment through our labor market services. You will mentor several individuals simultaneously, document progress in our systems, support them in their job search, and match them with the labor market. This will be done through both individual counseling sessions with participants and group settings, including holding seminars and lectures. Participants will engage in the services that you plan together, which you will coordinate. If participants are assessed to need education or training before entering the workforce, you will assist them in arranging this.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We offer two alternative qualification paths:

Alternative 1:

• A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system).
• Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time work is also acceptable if the total accumulated hours equal full-time work over two (2) years.

Alternative 2:

• At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.
• At least three years of work experience within the last five years in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Team leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Career transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Case handling in personnel matters (excluding purely administrative personnel tasks)
• Work with labor market and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
