We are now looking for an Accountant who wishes to continue developing in a broad role with independent responsibility and great variety. Here you will have the opportunity to work with several companies within the group and gradually build knowledge in areas such as holding companies, group reporting, and capital management.

Tollsbo Group owns several well-known businesses, including the AJ Products group, and consists of several companies with different business orientations. The group, which has a turnover of approx. 5 billion SEK, is characterized by long-term perspective, entrepreneurship, and a clear ownership perspective.

About the role

This is a broad accounting role where you will have independent responsibility while working closely with experienced colleagues. The role suits you who want to develop further within accounting and get the opportunity to gradually take responsibility for more areas over time.

A central part of the role is to ensure correct accounting and reporting for both operating companies and holding companies. In addition to the trading companies, you will also work with companies engaged in securities management, which gives the role an extra dimension and a breadth that few traditional accounting roles offer.

The position is located in Halmstad and you report to the Head of Group Accounting. You will become part of the group's finance function and work in a business with great breadth and variety. The role gives you the opportunity to learn new areas and gradually develop within group accounting, reporting, and corporate administration.

Responsibilities

Main areas of responsibility:

• Ongoing accounting for several companies within the group
• Closing accounts and annual reports
• Tax and declaration work
• Group reporting
• Responsibility for accounting related to companies with securities management
• Coordination with external advisors and auditors
• Customer and supplier ledgers
• Support to other parts of the finance function as needed

Suitable background

We would like you to have experience with:

• Independently preparing closing accounts and annual reports
• Tax issues and declarations
• Work in a group environment with group intercompany transactions
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

If you also have experience working with holding companies, securities accounting, or capital management, this is highly meritorious.

Personal qualities

We are looking for you who have a few years of accounting experience and who want to take the next step in your development. You feel confident in the accounting process and have experience with closing work, while being motivated by learning new areas and broadening your competence.

You have a good understanding of accounting, tax, and economic relationships, and thrive in a role where you can combine precision with independent responsibility and many contact surfaces.
