As an Economy Assistant with us, you will have a varied role combining classic accounting tasks with administrative duties. You will work closely with colleagues throughout the organization and gain good insight into the entire business.

Examples of tasks

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Invoicing and payments
• Reconciliations and simpler monthly closing tasks
• Handling of receipts and expenses
• Support in administrative tasks, such as document management and some office administration
• Other tasks related to economy and administration as needed

The position is full-time and the work is based on-site in Halmstad.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who:

• Have education in economics or equivalent work experience
• Have experience in similar tasks (meritorious, but not a requirement)
• Are meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Enjoy working in a small team where colleagues support each other
• Have good computer skills and preferably experience with the accounting system SAP and Excel
• Are flexible and non-hierarchical
