At BGFIX, you will play a central role in the sales team, responsible for incoming customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. You will be a key support to the company's field sales representatives by independently handling customers and business deals, ensuring high service levels, and tracking business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer contact, works in a structured manner, and is motivated by contributing to the team's shared sales goals.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for the entire process from incoming customer inquiry to completed order. You prepare quotations, actively follow up on them, and ensure that no business opportunities fall through the cracks. This role is not just about administration; you are expected to drive business forward and work proactively to convert quotations into closed deals.
You will collaborate closely with the company's field sales representatives, acting as their extended arm. The idea is that you will take significant independent responsibility, handling customers and business matters without the field sales team needing to be involved in daily operations. You will also follow up with existing customers, ensure deliveries run smoothly, and identify new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Preparing and following up on quotations.
- Driving business from inquiry to completed order.
- Scheduling customer meetings for the field sales team.
- Following up with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Registering and updating information in the NetSuite CRM system.
- Working towards clear sales targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements
- Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service with a clear business focus.
- Experience working with quotations, orders, or customer follow-ups.
- Strong administrative skills and experience working with CRM or business systems.
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Experience from the construction or industrial sector.
- Experience with NetSuite.
