Customer Service Representative for Walter Norden

About the Role
In this role, you are the company's first point of contact and are responsible for providing professional service to customers throughout the Nordic region. You ensure that every customer interaction maintains high quality and contributes to a positive experience throughout the entire process.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle and resolve customer cases with a focus on high customer satisfaction
  • Register and administer customer orders in our SAP system
  • Update and maintain customer information in systems and CRM
  • Basic technical experience (e.g., Veldi or similar systems)
  • Collaborate with internal functions to meet customer needs
  • Follow up and ensure that cases receive a complete solution

Your working hours are 08:00–16:30, and the workplace is located in central Halmstad.

This is a fixed-term position for approximately 1 year, with a high chance of extension.

About You
You thrive here if you have a strong customer focus and are driven by finding solutions. With good structure and a sense of responsibility, you handle multiple tasks simultaneously and create value in every customer dialogue.

We would like you to have:

  • Good ability to quickly learn new processes and ways of working, especially within the order-to-cash flow
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
  • Experience in customer service or similar work
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures while ensuring correct quality in work
  • Experience working in business and customer systems, preferably SAP and CRM
  • Basic technical understanding and interest in technical products
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases in parallel
  • Additional Nordic languages, such as Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish, are meritorious
  • Ability to handle complaints and improvement cases in a professional and solution-oriented manner

We would appreciate knowledge in Excel, business systems, Adobe, etc.
