What does the role offer?

As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible for customers in Sweden and work closely with both customers and colleagues to develop business and create long-term relationships. The role involves a combination of new customer acquisition and further development of existing customers.

You will:

  • Process and develop customers within the Swedish industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and create new customer relationships
  • Be responsible for a number of existing customers and further develop the business
  • Visit customers and understand their processes, operations, and needs
  • Follow up on quotations and drive business forward
  • Work systematically in the CRM system Lime
  • Collaborate closely with technical inside sales staff who support with quotation work, documentation, and technical questions.

The role involves great freedom and personal responsibility. You plan your own customer visits, trips, and activities with a focus on quality, long-term perspective, and business benefit. Travel occurs regularly with an estimated 2-3 overnight stays per month. The region is all of Sweden as well as travel to the headquarters in Denmark.

Who are you?

We believe that you have experience in B2B sales, preferably from the industry or technical products. Perhaps you currently work as a technical sales representative, outside sales, or business developer and want to continue developing in a role where you can combine business acumen with technical interest.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Have experience in proactive sales
  • Enjoy creating new business and new customer relationships
  • Have a technical interest and a desire to understand the customers' operations
  • Are self-motivated and take responsibility for your own planning
  • Have a good ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
  • Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
