At Aronssons Bil, we are seeking a Workshop Foreman/Supervisor to become the hub of our workshop. You will serve as a technical support for our mechanics, assist with advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics, and ensure that work flows efficiently so our customers get their cars ready on time.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and support the workshop mechanics in their daily work.
• Assist with advanced troubleshooting and provide accurate diagnostics.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Ensure high quality and that repairs are performed according to manufacturer specifications.
• Serve as a role model and contribute to a positive team spirit in the workshop.

We are looking for someone who

• Has many years of experience as a car mechanic.
• Is highly skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Has natural leadership qualities and enjoys helping and developing others.
• Is solution-oriented, structured, and able to handle stress.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
