We are now looking for an Inhouse Sales / Sales Engineer for our office in Halmstad.
Do you want to combine technology, customer contact, and order management in an international environment? We are currently seeking an engaged and service-oriented Inhouse Sales Engineer who wants to be an important part of our team in Halmstad.
As an Inhouse Sales Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient flow from customer order to delivery for both Swedish and international customers. The role focuses on order management, customer support, forecasting, transport administration, and coordination between different functions within the company.
You will become a central contact point for our customers and collaborate closely with production, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure high customer satisfaction and delivery precision.
We are also on a digital development journey where you will actively contribute to increasing the use of our digital tools, such as the 3D configurator and webshop.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire order process from order registration to delivery and invoicing documentation
- Handle customer contacts via phone and email, both nationally and internationally
- Inform customers about order status, delivery times, and delivery updates
- Create quotations and order confirmations
- Plan and follow up on customer forecasts and delivery schedules together with customers
- Book transports and handle export documentation, customs documents, and legalizations
- Update and maintain customer information in ERP and CRM systems
- Contribute to increased usage of digital tools, including the 3D configurator and webshop
- Participate in and contribute to improvement work within supply chain and internal processes
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a university or bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant field, as well as at least 3–5 years of experience in order management, customer service, or internal sales. You have good technical understanding and can read and interpret technical drawings. Experience with CAD systems is an advantage, as is experience with international trade and export documentation.
To succeed in the role, you need very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good skills in Excel.
As a person, you are service-oriented and professional in your customer contacts. You work in a structured and careful manner and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks without compromising on quality. You are solution-oriented and like to take initiative to drive the work forward. Furthermore, you are communicative and enjoy collaborating with both customers and colleagues in different functions. You take responsibility for your tasks and have a strong focus on creating value and good experiences for the customer. The position is located at our office in Halmstad.
