Do you want to work as a claims advisor at Werksta in Falkenberg? Werksta is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented claims advisor for its facility. In this role, you will work closely with customers, the workshop, and insurance companies to ensure efficient claims processes and high customer satisfaction. You will follow the customer and vehicle from start to finish, including customer meetings, damage assessments, calculations, planning in the workshop, invoicing, etc.

Responsibilities for Claims Advisor at Werksta Falkenberg

· Welcome and assist customers with claims, both in person and via phone/email

· Conduct customer calls and provide advice on claims handling, repair times, and compensation issues

· Collaborate with the damage assessment and workshop teams to plan and follow up on repair flows

· Communicate with insurance companies, create damage reports, calculate and ensure accurate damage estimates according to Cabas

· Handle quotes, approvals, and update customers and insurance companies throughout the process

· Document cases and time in our digital systems and ensure that the information is complete and accurate

· Participate in improvement work regarding customer processes, workshop flows, and digital tools

Qualifications and who we are looking for

· Experience in damage repairs, customer reception, and insurance administration is required

· You are accustomed to working in Cabas, and being able to plan in Cabplan is a basic requirement; CVDA certification is highly meritorious

· Good understanding of the claims process, vehicle parts, and repair methodologies

· Service-oriented, communicative, and able to handle multiple cases simultaneously

· Structured and meticulous with documentation and administrative routines

· Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing; English is a plus

· Good computer skills and experience with digital workshop systems

· A driving license (B) is a plus
