About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until June 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Swecon.

Responsibilities

As a customer receiver, you have a central role in planning, coordinating, and following up on the daily work in the workshop. You are responsible for receiving and managing customer inquiries via phone and email – from booking and planning to invoicing and follow-up. Together with the service managers, you distribute tasks to service technicians, ensure that the right technician is in the right place, and keep track of that jobs are completed according to plan. The role includes supporting the service managers in their daily work and covering for them when needed. The work involves a lot of contact with both customers, colleagues, and suppliers, which requires good communication skills and a service-oriented approach both internally and externally.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Work experience in service, administration, or coordination within the automotive, truck, or heavy mechanics industry is a requirement

• Documented technical and mechanical knowledge of machines, engines, and/or industrial equipment

• Good computer and system skills, knowledge of Office package and Excel is a requirement

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
