EnviroProcess is in an exciting growth phase and is therefore looking for an accountant for our Swedish operations. Seize the opportunity to become part of a market-leading company!

The position is based at our headquarters in Kungsbacka, where approximately 60 employees are located. Here, management, administration, and several of our central functions are gathered, which means you will work closely with the operations and become an important part of the daily operational organization.

About the role

This is an operational and administrative accounting role with a focus on daily financial management. You will work with ongoing accounting and financial administration, ensuring that routines and processes function effectively and correctly.

The role suits you who enjoys structure, details, and continuity – and who appreciates working closely with the operations in a broad and varied administrative function.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Invoicing and payment management
• Account reconciliations
• Monthly and annual financial statements
• VAT and tax declarations
• Management and follow-up of financial documentation
• Payroll administration in collaboration with an external payroll partner
• Some personnel administration
• Contact with auditors and authorities

The work is largely administrative and requires accuracy, structure, and good system skills.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in finance
• Several years of experience in ongoing accounting
• Good knowledge of Swedish accounting regulations and VAT
• Experience in year-end closing work
• Very good skills in Excel and experience working with larger datasets, compilations, and analyses
• Experience in payroll administration is an advantage

You enjoy working in a structured manner and see the value in continuously improving routines and processes within the finance area. You have an administrative drive, work methodically, and enjoy having control over details. You are responsible and ensure that tasks are performed correctly within the given time frame.

You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
