The Port and Street Administration is in an exciting phase. We have recently undergone a reorganization that has created new conditions for how we work, collaborate, and develop our operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Being a development strategist with us means varied tasks at a strategic level. You will work closely with managers and employees throughout the administration. You initiate, coordinate, and drive development and change work. You will collaborate with the administration's business developers, whom we are also recruiting now. As a development strategist, you will be responsible for and work with the administration's annual planning and reporting. You will coordinate the internal control and carry out parts of it. You will keep the administration's process work together. You will develop processes and promote collaboration between departments and various administrations and companies.

You actively support the preparation process and reporting to the Port and Street Committee.

The administration works with projects, value-creating processes, and networks as development methods. The municipality works with common governance models and tools that you will have the opportunity to influence and participate in the development of.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying for this job preferably have a university degree at the master's level in public administration, political science, or similar. You have experience from work with management, governance, and follow-up within the public sector. You enjoy handling many tasks simultaneously while being a skilled strategist. You take initiative and drive processes forward while being analytical and working structured with a holistic view. You enjoy working with others and engaging them. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the position.
