We are looking for temporary workers for our telephone exchange for the summer of 2026.

About the job

As a telephone operator for Region Halland, you will answer and transfer calls within the region. Other tasks included in the operator's role are administrative work, alarm monitoring, and a coordinating function for various tasks.

About the workplace

The telephone exchange answers and transfers calls for all of Region Halland's operations and handles medical and technical alarms. We administer several systems for services that require round-the-clock management.

Some cases place high demands on information security as they may contain, for example, patient data.

About you

You who apply have high school qualifications in Swedish and English. You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language and the ability to communicate in English. We also see that you have good knowledge of the Office suite. It is a plus if you are familiar with Region Halland. It is also desirable that you have experience as a telephone operator.

You are a service-oriented and solution-oriented person who finds it easy to collaborate and function in a team. You see what needs to be done and have a good ability to prioritize among tasks. Customer focus and good service are important qualities, as well as the ability to manage calls. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
