Digital Coordinator

About the job

As a Digital Coordinator, you will be a central resource in the work with digitalization, administration, and technical coordination. You will:

• Work with various types of digital administration.
• Manage new orders and reinvestments of digital equipment.
• Be the organization's support for questions related to digital systems and working methods.
• Participate in organizational development and contribute to improved processes.
• Collaborate closely with employees, managers, and IT functions.
• Assign permissions.

We provide individual onboarding based on your experiences to ensure you have a good start. Your weekly working hours will be 40h/week, Monday to Friday.

About the workplace

The Radiology department in Halmstad is a modern radiology clinic that conducts both emergency and planned operations and is open around the clock. We perform everything from basic radiological examinations to advanced imaging diagnostics. Here, radiologists, radiology nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and administrative staff work closely together, and the workplace is characterized by good camaraderie.

Who are you?

You are a trained medical secretary or have another education that the employer considers suitable.

To succeed and thrive in the role of Digital Coordinator with us, we see that you are interested in digitalization, driven to develop smart working methods, and have good knowledge of information security. You are service-oriented and enjoy a role where you support others. With good collaboration skills, you create security and structure around you. Knowledge of Agresso, HAK, Teams, and experience in a similar position is advantageous. We place great importance on personal qualities.
