Job Responsibilities

The job fundamentally involves providing service to our customers before and after their journey.

This includes selling tickets and informing about our travel conditions, as well as taking care of our travelers when something goes wrong. In other words, you will be an important cog in our customer interaction.

You will also work in our customer service where you are the customer's first contact via phone and chat. Your main task will be to provide accurate and updated travel information and to answer questions about public transport.

You will alternately work in all our customer service stores, in Varberg, Falkenberg, and Halmstad. Working hours are varied and weekend shifts may occur. Some time may involve working alone.

We can never guarantee how many assignments/shifts you will get as a part-time employee. However, experience shows that between two and three shifts per week is normal. The part-time employment will begin with a full-time training to ensure you feel secure and confident with your tasks. Therefore, it is required that you can work full-time, Monday to Friday, for about 4 weeks starting from week 16 during the training period.

Qualifications

To work in our Customer Service, you need at least a high school education. Since you will have significant contact with customers, colleagues, and managers internally as well as partners around us, it is important that you are very service-oriented.

We expect that you, in addition to being meticulous, have good communication skills and excellent knowledge of the Swedish language and good knowledge of the English language. You remain calm and secure even when the pace can be high at times. You are engaged in what you are doing, and it is a great advantage if you have knowledge of Halland's and the surrounding geography of the region.
