The security industry is hot and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future. Swedlock is a fully Swedish supplier of digitization and security. We strive to be at the forefront through technological development and innovation. Swedlock helps key-intensive businesses simplify key management, streamline operations, and increase security. We have developed a digital locking system that is unique in terms of functionality, security, and user-friendliness. There are billions of mechanical locks worldwide waiting to be digitized.
Swedlock is already number 1 in Sweden in home care and waste management and has gained significant market shares in critical infrastructure and property management in recent years.
As one of the safest digital locking systems on the market, Swedlock meets tough requirements from the Swedish Security Association (SSF) regarding connected products and components included in a digital locking system. We are proud of this because security, accessibility, and efficiency are key principles for us working with businesses in essential community services and critical infrastructure.
Since 2016, Swedlock has gone from challenger to market leader in home care, emergency services, and waste management. In recent years, we have also gained significant market shares in critical infrastructure and property management. We have also complemented our direct business model with indirect sales through resellers and installers.
We now need to increase awareness of our brand and describe the benefits of our digital locking system for the segments where we are still relatively new. We also need to communicate with our existing customers, resellers, and installers. This responsibility lies with our Commercial Department, which includes the sales, project, installation, and after-sales units.
About the role For some time, we have used our sister company's marketing organization to drive our market communication, but as we aim for new heights, we need to increase resources and push further.
The role involves coordinating our market communication, content production, digital marketing, social media, the website and its content, as well as analysis and follow-up. Together with partners, you will develop physical and digital materials for market communication. An experienced graphic designer is available to support the assignment connected to Swedlock. You will work both proactively and reactively with our sales organization, after-sales organization, and product management.
Your profile We believe you are in a similar role within B2B sales. You are used to working independently and are not afraid of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. You meet deadlines and are unpretentious as a person. You are driven, self-sufficient, and act commercially but are also a valued team player. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement. You should also have an interest in technology and software since our solution is an innovative locking system where mechanical technology combined with an advanced cloud service creates added value for the customer.
To support you, there is always a strong sales and after-sales organization and product management. Fundamentally, you drive market communication but are also a support to sales, after-sales, and product management. The position is full-time based in Halmstad, and you report directly to the head of the Commercial Department.
