Do you want to work broadly within HR while taking responsibility for the payroll process in an organization that values quality, structure, and engagement? We are now looking for an HR generalist with experience in payroll administration who wants to be a key person in our ongoing development work.
About the role
As an HR generalist with us, you will have a varied and developing role where you combine operational HR support with responsibility for payroll management. You will be an important support to managers and employees in matters related to labor law, personnel processes, and payroll administration. Production, Logistics, HR, and Finance work closely together, and you will be an important part of the process to create effective routines and a positive employee experience throughout the employment cycle.
Your responsibilities
- Independently manage the entire payroll process, including absence, vacation, benefits, and compensation.
- Ensure accurate payroll data and perform checks according to current routines.
- Provide support to managers in HR-related issues such as labor law, rehabilitation, work environment, and personnel administration.
- Drive and participate in recruitment processes.
- Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding.
- Administer employment contracts, certificates, and personnel records.
- Participate in the development of HR routines, policies, and working methods.
- Handle reporting to authorities and produce statistics and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in HR, human resource management, or equivalent.
- Experience in broad HR work.
- Documented experience in payroll administration.
- Good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.
- Good system skills and confidence in working with HR and payroll systems.
Meritorious
- Experience with Agda payroll system.
- Knowledge of the collective agreement areas IF Metall and Unionen.
- If you have worked with accounting of payroll costs including PRI.
