About the Job and Us

At the Accounting Service department, we work with customer invoices, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and support.

As an accounting assistant with us, the main tasks include invoicing and working with accounts receivable in the financial system Unit4 ERP (Agresso). We also provide support via phone and a case management system to customers and operations within Region Halland.

The current position handles, together with colleagues, customer invoices and questions regarding these, primarily concerning patient fees and sold care. You will also work with account reconciliations and some administrative tasks.

Common Administrative Services has the mission to deliver administrative services within the areas of finance, HR/payroll, switchboard, tele-service, service desk, scanning, and main receptions. Our work is characterized by customer focus and quality, and we actively engage in dialogue with customers to follow up and develop our services. Through expertise combined with efficiency and service, GAS supports the administrations within Region Halland.

For this position, we offer:

• 2 Permanent positions
• 1 Summer temporary position

The job involves handling customer invoices and questions regarding these, concerning patient fees and sold care, together with colleagues. It also includes reconciling certain accounts and performing some administrative tasks.

Qualifications

You who apply should have at least a high school diploma with a focus on finance or further education in finance. If you have studied finance at the high school level, work experience in similar tasks as described in this position is required. You are accustomed to working with a computer as a tool and the Office suite. Since support to customers is a significant part of the job, it is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a support function and if you have experience with the financial system Unit4 ERP (Agresso) and/or the journal system Cosmic.

To succeed and thrive in the role of accounting assistant, you need to have a good ability to plan and structure your work. Your collaboration skills are strong, and you have a well-developed sense of service. Flexibility, prioritization, and solution-oriented work are also important qualities. Personal suitability will be highly valued.
