Your role In our customer service, the focus is on customer relationships, information, and resolving our customers' issues. The work is varied and often takes place at a fast pace. As an employee in customer service at Anticimex, your main responsibility will therefore be to provide our customers with the best service and customer experience when they contact us.

Anticimex delivery planners play a key role in our customer service organization. They also ensure that we deliver our assignments according to the agreements made between our customers and us. Our delivery planners optimize our technicians' routes and customer visits based on geography, competence, and priority. You will have our route planning system at your disposal, where you also monitor and manage deviations and changes/priorities.

Who you are You are a flexible and confident person who thrives in a changing everyday life. In customer conversations, you are both present and attentive – you quickly capture the customer's needs, build trust, and spread energy with your strong social skills.

With experience from fast-paced service jobs, you are used to identifying problems and quickly finding solutions. You are comfortable with digital systems, accustomed to rapid changes being a natural part of the job, and you have the ability to create structure and order for yourself and others. Self-leadership and personal responsibility are a given for you.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable with English.

Previous experience and competence in traffic/route planning or schedule planning combined with customer service is an advantage.

• The position is a temporary contract for 12-15 months

• The office is located in Halmstad
