Travel Support is gearing up for summer and we are looking for new colleagues for our alarm center in Varberg.

The role of Travel Assistance Coordinator involves helping people over the phone who have encountered various types of insurance claims. This can include unexpected breakdowns during car travel, both in Sweden and abroad, where you assist customers with assistance, towing, and rental cars. You may also handle medical cases by booking doctor consultations, arranging repatriation from abroad, taxis, and hotels. When there are many calls, you will focus on answering the phone/helping people in need, and during quieter periods, you will work more on administration and closing cases.
We are looking for you who is service-oriented, resilient under stress, and possesses self-awareness and personal maturity. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. Furthermore, you are challenged by providing the perfect customer service and can deliver this using the phone, multiple systems, and a computer as your primary tools.
The basic requirement for the position is that you are at least 18 years old. You must also be fluent in Swedish and have a good level of English. If you speak additional languages or have studied/worked abroad, it is a plus.
There are no educational or experience requirements for the position, but previous experience in customer service over the phone is an advantage.
To succeed in the role
- You have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in English.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
- You thrive in an international environment with varying points of contact.
- You are a confident person and have the ability to make correct decisions, even in stressful situations.
- You have good computer skills, are a quick learner, and enjoy working with the phone and computer as your main tools.
Language skills in Nordic languages are highly desirable. Other European languages are also a plus. In the selection process, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

Scope
- Scope: 75%
- Working hours: Varying working hours from 07:00 - 15:30 and 15:30 - 23:00
- Start date: Desired start for training, evenings and weekends in May, work starts in June
- Workplace: Travel Support's office in Varberg
- Salary: According to collective agreement, fixed salary + OB.
- We are also looking for staff for our night shifts 23:00 - 07/08:00
Travel Support International AB provides all necessary training. The company is a member of Almega and affiliated with a collective agreement with Unionen.
