We are in an exciting expansion phase and are now looking for a purchaser focused on direct procurement who wants to help develop the municipality's work with direct procurements while providing important support to our operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a purchaser focused on direct procurement, you will assist the municipality's various operations in planning, executing, and ensuring the quality of direct procurements over 100,000 SEK. The role is both independent and advisory and encompasses the entire process from needs analysis to contract and follow-up.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting direct procurements
• Planning, driving, and executing direct procurements within several contract areas (goods, services, and construction).
• Working in our procurement tool throughout the process from needs analysis to contract documentation and signing.
• Ensuring businesslike conduct, transparency, equal treatment, and correct documentation.

• Supporting and guiding operations
• Advising the municipality's buyers on issues related to direct procurements over and under 100,000 SEK.
• Providing support on issues regarding contract application, purchasing routines, and procurement regulations related to direct procurement.
• Participating in and conducting training and information sessions to strengthen buyers' competence and ensure good compliance throughout the municipality.

• Development and collaboration
• Contributing to the development of working methods, routines, and templates for direct procurement.
• Collaborating with purchasers, purchasing analysts, e-commerce functions, and operations to create benefits in both daily operations and long-term planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant post-secondary education in procurement, economics, law, purchasing/logistics, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience working with procurement, purchasing, or direct procurements.
• Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Good digital competence and interest in working with modern procurement tools.

• Communicative and pedagogical – you can make the complex understandable.
• Business-minded, solution-oriented, and a team player.
