Administrator Needed for Part-Time Assignment

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a structured and detail-oriented administrator who can work two days a week. The company carries out new construction and renovations for private individuals and businesses, including wallpapering and facade painting. In your role as an administrator, you will have varied tasks to support the business in the best way possible. This includes registering and sending out work orders, performing simple calculations, and being responsible for handling time reports, invoices, and documents. To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate working independently and in a social role as you will have daily contact with customers.

Start: Immediately – apply today as selection is ongoing
Location: Just south of Gothenburg
Extent: 2 days a week, daytime Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Consulting assignment running through the spring, with a chance of extension

Your Profile

Requirements
• Another main occupation of at least 50%
• Previous work experience in an administrative and coordinating role
• B driver's license and access to a car
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Meritorious
• Experience working in the Timpunkt system

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administration who enjoys a role characterized by order and tidiness. You are a communicative and service-oriented person who always carries out your tasks with high engagement. We place great importance on personal suitability in this recruitment process. To work with us, you must have another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies or another job), and you need to attach proof of this in your application. You must also be at least 18 years old.
