In your role as CRM Manager, you will be the vital link between Iduna & Kultajousi and the companies' most loyal members. The position is based at our headquarters in Varberg, and you will work on-site in our creative environment in the marketing department where you will closely collaborate with our marketing team and external partners. You will report to the Marketing Manager and CEO. For the right person, this is an exciting and developing position. However, it requires that you are willing and able to invest a lot of time, energy, and commitment. The role assumes that you are good at planning your work but can also quickly adapt when necessary. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop analyses and statistics for our club campaigns.
- Plan & create club campaigns with ongoing follow-up.
- Lead & coach our CRM team
- Project management
- Create and publish club materials & mailings as well as simpler graphic designs upon request.

- Produce newsletters. Here, text formulation is A & O, so we are looking for someone who is creative, enjoys creating varied texts, and communicates fluently in Swedish and English, preferably also Finnish.
To be the person we are looking for, you have:
- Experience working with CRM systems
- A strong interest in statistics, analysis, marketing communication, and sales.
- Knowledge of Office programs.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English and can communicate fluently in both spoken and written forms. Knowledge of additional languages such as Finnish is an advantage.
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop & Fackta is an advantage. The position is a temporary contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Start date according to agreement. We are conducting interviews on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. The position is filled under the condition that it does not need to be claimed by a permanent employee with preferential rights. Golden Heights Group, of which Iduna AB is a part, with the retail chains Guldfynd, Hallbergs Guld, and Albrekts Guld, is a market leader in Sweden in goldsmith goods and jewelry. The assortment consists of gold, silver, and bijouterie with watches and gift items as complements. The group company in Finland consists of Kultajousi with 71 stores and Westerback and Alexander Tillander with one store each. Today, IDUNA is represented throughout Sweden through Guldfynd with 118 stores, Hallbergs Guld with 34 stores, and Albrekts Guld with 38 stores. Since 2015, Lyxxa in Väla Helsingborg has also been part of the group. The Golden Heights Group has approximately 1465 employees, including part-time employees. The turnover in 2020 was approximately 1.6 billion SEK.
