As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that the store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining goods
• Checking signage and re-displaying as needed
• Ordering goods and following up on stock status
• Contacting store personnel and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in-store and potentially visiting several stores in a day

In this role, freedom under responsibility is important - you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra in our substitute pool. The position starts immediately.

To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in the grocery trade and enjoy a physically active job
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments throughout the workday
• Are an early riser - we start our workdays early in the morning
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car as you will be visiting stores in Halmstad and surrounding areas

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working in a store or within the grocery trade
