We are now looking for employees for full-time and part-time work in Euromaster's customer service team in Varberg for the spring season. Your main tasks will be to receive incoming calls for booking tire changes at one of Euromaster's tire workshops across Sweden.

Furthermore, you will also:

• Be the customer's support in choosing new products and work with upselling

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email

• Handle the associated administration

You will start your employment with thorough training and onboarding, so that you feel secure in the role together with your colleagues.

After training, you will work Monday to Friday according to agreement during classic office hours and be based at Euromaster's headquarters at Tärnan in Varberg.

This is a staffing assignment where you will be employed by Effektiv and work as a consultant at Euromaster. The assignment starts with training at the end of week 8.

We believe you are a service-oriented, positive, and proactive person with a helpful attitude who thrives in close collaborations. You are a natural communicator who appreciates customer contact and expresses yourself well in both speech and writing, along with:

• Having good system and computer skills

• Fluently speaking and writing Swedish and having knowledge of English

• Having a completed high school diploma.

The role also requires that you are meticulous and have the ability to absorb new information effectively. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service or customer interaction, but it is not a requirement. With the right attitude and willingness, we will teach you everything you need to be successful and feel secure in your role as a customer service employee.
