Our current planning secretary is moving on to a role where she will have the opportunity to try another position. In the meantime, we are looking for a temporary planning secretary who wants to contribute to the development and quality of our services in housing and short-term care. We implement services for housing with special support and short-term stays according to LSS for adults within the target groups as per LSS § 1:1 and 1:2. Our services are based on values from SoL, LSS, and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The goal is to provide individualized support for a dignified life, participation, and equality, with quality ensured through continuous development.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of the department's staff and work on behalf of the department head. You will provide qualified administrative and practical support to the department head, management team, and all operations within the department. You will prepare decision-making materials, structure, and compile information at both departmental and unit levels.

You will work with strategic issues and coordinate the department's work with operational plans and planning analysis. You will identify areas for development and collaborate internally and externally. You will provide process support during organizational changes, reviews, follow-ups, implementation, project management, and planning.

An important part of the assignment is to work with quality and development efforts together with the corresponding functions of the administration to optimize the overall quality work – all to create evidence-based practice and quality-assured social services.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor's degree (180 credits) in a relevant field.
  • Meritorious with 30 credits in social law.
  • Experience in documentation and working with the Office suite, especially Excel.
  • The ability to structure and analyze information and develop strategies.
  • Good communication skills – you can express yourself pedagogically in speech and writing, adapted to the audience.
