Your responsibilities
As a water salesperson, you will be responsible for sales in southwestern Sweden up to Värmland. You will, among other things:
- Develop and nurture relationships with operational staff, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Identify business opportunities early in projects and sales cycles.
- Drive sales of products, tools, and solutions within special wells, stormwater, flow regulation, and digitization.
- Act as a bridge between customer needs and our technology development, internally and with sister companies.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and needs assessments.
Good to know
You will be based at our office in Kungsbacka and be responsible for customers from southwestern Sweden up to Värmland. Travel is a natural part of the everyday routine and is planned based on customer needs and your own business initiatives. At the same time, there are good opportunities to complement with digital meetings when it suits. You will work closely with your sales colleague in Stockholm and our technical experts, participate in joint sales meetings, and have a significant influence on business development. The employment is full-time with a start date according to agreement.
Our expectations
We are looking for someone with experience in technical B2B sales within the water industry and a good understanding of how water and sewage operations work, in both the private and public sectors. You have worked with technical sales in areas such as flows, pressure, stormwater, valves, or automation, and are used to engaging in dialogues with both operational staff and consultants and decision-makers.
You thrive in long-term relationships and sales cycles and have experience in relationship-based sales. We prefer that you are solution-oriented, curious about new technology, and have the ability to see new technical and automated solutions. You are confident in taking your own initiatives, driving business to completion, and adapting your communication to your target audience.
The position requires a B driver's license and good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
