What does the role offer?As a salesperson at Gildhouse, you will have a clear and exciting customer responsibility for some of our largest and most important clients in the retail and grocery sector, such as Åhléns, Lyko, KICKS, Gekås, ICA, and Coop. You will be a key player in the work to develop our business.
Here, business drive is combined with pace and responsibility. You work independently with your clients but closely with your colleagues. Collaboration with colleagues in purchasing, assortment, marketing, and management is tight, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. We win together.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Having full customer responsibility and building long-term, business relationships
• Driving sales and business development with both existing and new customers
• Booking, conducting, and following up on customer meetings, primarily digitally but also physically when needed
• Working on the launch and follow-up of new products and brands
• Following up on sales, analyzing outcomes, and contributing to business and assortment development
• Being responsible for certain article administration and registration in customers' systems
You will work full-time during standard office hours and be based at the office in Varberg. Travel may occur in the role, but to a limited extent, about 5 to 10 days per year.

For you, sales is as much about relationships as it is about results, and you are skilled at understanding the customer's needs and turning the dialogue into concrete business.
You are curious, engaged, and have a natural interest in our products and brands, as well as consumer behaviors. We would like you to have experience in B2B sales from retail or FMCG, but this is not a requirement. However, we see your own attitude and willingness to develop as important. Furthermore, we believe that you work in a structured manner, are comfortable with digital tools such as Excel and business systems, while also contributing energy and team spirit in everyday life.
