We are now looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Breared, Varberg. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 75%, and the working hours per week may vary.

The position is a temporary contract from 2026-03-02 to 2027-01-25.

Your role as a salesperson with us

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, handle stock, and restock items on our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant meetings characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet the customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer interaction.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious mindset to learn new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

Experience in retail, service occupations, and/or food and beverage is a plus.
