We are now looking for an outdoor salesperson who wants to build long-term relationships and be a visible part of projects that go from idea to reality.

As an outdoor salesperson at S:t Eriks, you will work with both existing customers and new business opportunities. The deals vary in scope and time horizon but are always based on long-term thinking, quality, and trust. For us, the relationship with the customer is at the center.

About the role

In the role of outdoor salesperson, you will independently manage your own sales district. You will work closely with contractors, specifiers, and municipalities and are often involved early in the dialogue. Your market knowledge will have a significant impact on the business.

The role combines the development of existing customer relationships with the creation of new business and requires both business acumen and sensitivity.

You will, among other things,

  • build and develop relationships with existing and new customers

  • identify business opportunities and drive them from idea to implementation

  • collaborate with colleagues in sales, technology, and production

  • represent S:t Eriks in various customer and industry contexts

You will be part of the Sales Team South with an office in Staffanstorp, but primarily work from home. The district stretches across the country from Halmstad to Kalmar and also includes parts of northern Skåne. Your place of residence is flexible within the area, preferably in Halmstad/Ängelholm and surrounding areas.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, has their own drive, and is attentive to the customer's needs. You work in a structured manner, are patient in longer deals, and have a naturally strong business sense.

Requirements for the position

  • At least three years of experience in proactive B2B sales in a customer responsibility role

  • Relevant education in sales

  • Driver's license (company car included)

  • have a strong drive to work independently and make your own decisions, while also valuing collaboration and seeing the strength in the team

  • are comfortable with digital working methods and documentation, experience with CRM systems is an advantage
