In the role of customer support within leasing, you will work with administration and service related to leasing customers and their tire management. You will serve as an important contact point between leasing companies, workshops, and drivers of leased vehicles.

Your tasks will include:

• Daily contact with leasing companies, workshops, and drivers

• Handling cases related to tires, changes, and contracts

• Administration in business and case management systems

• Ensuring that processes are followed and that customers receive quick and accurate assistance

You will work weekdays during standard office hours and be based at Euromaster's centrally located headquarters at Tärnan in Varberg.

This is a staffing assignment where you will be employed by Effektiv and work as a consultant at Euromaster. The assignment will start shortly according to agreements and will last for 6 months. There may be opportunities for extension.

• Are used to working in various systems and have good computer skills

• Speak and write fluently in Swedish, and have knowledge of English

• If you have previous experience in the automotive industry or work with leasing/leasing issues, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.
