We at Retail Staffing are now looking for retail salespeople who can work extra as needed at MQ's store in Halmstad (Hallarna shopping center). It is an advantage if you can also work in other stores in the Skåne/Gothenburg region, such as Ängelholm, Helsingborg, Varberg, and Kungsbacka.

Important information:

To be eligible for the position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50% or a self-employed person with active F-tax. This is a requirement according to our collective agreement.

About the role:

As an employee of Retail Staffing, you will work on behalf of MQ, where you will move between different stores in the chain as needed. You choose when you want to work by booking shifts through our convenient app, which gives you great flexibility to adapt the job to your schedule. The tasks include personal sales on the floor, assisting in the fitting rooms, cash register work, stock work, and a high level of customer service. You are an important part of the team and ensure that every customer has a positive experience in the store.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a main occupation for at least a year ahead
• Has previous experience in retail sales
• Can work at least two shifts on weekdays during the day, with the possibility of also working evenings and weekends
• Is flexible and can step in at short notice
• Enjoys working quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Likes to collaborate with colleagues and contributes to a good team spirit
• Appreciates variety and sees it as educational to work in different stores.
• Has good language skills in Swedish and English
• Is at least 18 years old and has completed upper secondary education
