About the role

As a sales coach at Garda Alarm, you play a key role in the organization. You work closely with our salespeople in the field and are responsible for developing both individuals and teams. With coaching, follow-up, and clear leadership, you drive performance, motivation, and results forward.

Your responsibilities

·       Field coaching of salespeople – individually and in teams

·       Follow-up on goals, results, and development plans

·       Create structure, engagement, and a strong team spirit

We are looking for someone who

·       Has experience in field sales

·       Has previous experience in coaching and/or leadership

·       Is driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about developing others

·       Has a valid driver's license (B)

·       Is at least 18 years old
