Can you sell with care?

At Martin & Servera, we deliver food, beverages, and services to restaurants and large kitchens across Sweden. As a market leader, we drive development and work hard to make every day a little better.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work on building and developing customer relationships, managing orders, and contributing to sales from our office in Halmstad. Here, you will meet our customers every day via phone, email, and chat in our e-commerce platform. Your role is about providing professional service, handling incoming orders, and proactively finding solutions that make a difference for our customers. You will closely collaborate with our Key Account Managers (KAM) and other colleagues to ensure that customers always receive the best experience. Our customers represent a diversity of languages and food cultures, making you a part of an exciting industry with a fast pace and constant development.

We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator, has a solution-oriented approach, and always puts the customer first. Everyone contributes to the whole at our company, and we keep our promises – therefore, it is important that you have order and structure in your daily work, meet deadlines, and work efficiently. This way, we build long-term and professional relationships, both with each other and with our customers.

You will be part of our dedicated team in private sales in the South region. Here, we have a strong community, support each other, and have fun together – while we develop and create value for our customers every day.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Are good at building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
  • Are sales-oriented with good business acumen.
  • Have a numerical sense and are quick to learn new things.
  • Have completed high school or vocational education.
  • Have experience in telemarketing and customer service.
  • If you have experience in the restaurant industry or speak more languages than Swedish and English, we consider that an advantage.

You have a strong drive and high service mindset – combined with administrative skills and the ability to work with smart digital tools. To be effective in this role, analytical ability is required, and it is good if you are quick to learn new things. Your burning interest in food and ingredients will also be a great help.
