Let us tell you about the role!

As a Truck Salesperson with us, you are responsible for the entire sales process of both new and used trucks – from the first customer contact to trade-ins, contract negotiations, and delivery follow-up. With an advisory and business-driven approach, you help customers find tailored transport solutions based on their needs.

In this role, you actively work with proactive sales and long-term business relationships. Since each deal may involve complex solutions, modifications, and technical adjustments, you also act as a project manager coordinating multiple parties in the process.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving the entire sales process, including trade-in deals and contract negotiations.

  • Proactively approaching new customers and developing existing customer relationships.

  • Advising on products, equipment, modifications, and financing solutions.

  • Collaborating with the workshop, vehicle administration, and external modifiers for smooth deliveries.

  • Participating in events, test drives, and sales events.

  • Staying updated on the market, competitors, and industry trends.

Key competencies/abilities

We believe you have a genuine interest in building long-term relationships, where you create trust with both customers and colleagues through your attentiveness and problem-solving ability. You are goal-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility. With your unpretentious attitude, you are driven to find new business opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

  • Several years of experience in proactive sales, preferably in B2B.

  • Understanding of corporate business and the economic impact of deals.

  • Good planning and organizational skills.

  • Driver's license (C/CE is a plus).

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

If you also have experience in truck sales or technical sales, we consider it a plus!
