Assistancekåren Försäkringsservice is a subsidiary of Assistancekåren Sweden AB. We work with assistance insurance for both companies and individuals in various forms.

Assistancekåren is a nationwide organization within vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, charging assistance, and vehicle transport. We have recovery operators who are quickly on site, from Ystad to Kiruna, in urban and rural areas.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Communicate with customers and workshops via phone and email

• Handle cases related to insurance, invoices, and administration

• Manage claims in the form of vehicle recovery

• Monthly reporting and invoicing

• Be an important part of creating a safe and professional customer experience

• Work in a structured and solution-oriented manner

We believe that you:

• Are service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible

• Have experience with phone communication is a merit

• Find it easy to communicate and build trust

• Enjoy administrative tasks and maintaining order

• Are flexible and enjoy working in a small team

• Have good computer skills with knowledge of Excel

• Experience in insurance is a merit

• Have good language skills in Swedish and English
